We strive to make all our customers happy. However, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we have a solution. Our refund policy is simple. If you do not receive your order, or it is not as described, just send a refund request to - ninjabasketstore@gmail.com

We value our customers very much and strive to give you a hassle-free shopping experience here at Ninja Basket, so you will be issued a full refund for your order as soon as we receive your refund request and you also get to keep the delivered order with yourself. If an order has been shipped and a refund request put in after, only 25% of your order amount will be refunded.

If there's any issues with your order, let us know about it within 2 days of receiving your package or refunds will not be initiated.

All refunds will be initiated to the credit card used to make the purchase.

If PayPal was used, a refund of the full/partial amount will be initiated to the PayPal account used to make the purchase.
